What time should my child arrive and be picked up?

Please ensure your child arrives no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the start time and is picked up promptly at stated end time. Supervision is not available outside of these times.

Can parents observe or participate?

To create a safe, open space for teens to fully engage, our labs are for teens only. However, we provide personalized action plans, discussion prompts, and resources for parents to continue learning at home.

Is the registration fee refundable?

The registration fee is non-refundable unless the organizer cancels the session. If a participant is unable to attend a session, a credit will be placed on file that may be used at any time for a future program. The credit does not expire.

No, our programs are intentionally designed to be in-person because we believe the most impactful learning happens face-to-face. By creating a collaborative, screen-free environment, we foster meaningful connections, hands-on engagement, and the kind of focus that helps teens thrive in ways virtual programs simply can’t replicate.

Should my child bring food?

We provide light snacks and water during the workshops to help keep energy levels up. Please note that some snacks may be manufactured in facilities that handle common allergens, including wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soybeans, eggs, milk, fish, and shellfish. If your child has dietary restrictions or preferences, they are welcome to bring their own snack and water.
